Sino Property Services has signed the Charter on External Lighting launched by Environment Bureau, pledging to turn off lighting installations for decorative, promotional or advertising purposes that affect outdoor environment at designated times. The measure has been implemented in 86 properties including shopping malls, office buildings and residential buildings.
