The company adopts a circular economy approach to minimize its environmental impact. It has chosen upcycled materials for the recycle bins at over 40 of its managed properties, making it the first property management company to deploy these recycle bins. The upcycled materials combine crushed glass and plastic waste with natural minerals, reflecting a commitment to sustainable development in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. A total of 11,700 recycled glass bottles have been utilized, weighing approximately two tons.
