Sino Estates Management Limited Received International Accredited Facility Management System Certification

Sino Estates Management Limited (‘SEML’), the management service arm of Sino Group, is pleased to announce that its headquarters office and Skyline Tower under its management have obtained ISO 41001:2018 Facility Management System certification, becoming one of the first property management companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to receive the ISO Facility Management System accreditation.  In addition, other properties under its management, namely Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, Empire Centre and Hong Kong Pacific Centre have attained ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System certification.

ISO 41001:2018, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is the world’s first international management system to assist organisations in assessing their facility management, and to raise service quality.

‘We are delighted to be one of the first companies in the Greater Bay Area receiving the ISO 41001 certification.  This is a recognition of our efforts in facility management, operation and maintenance to provide quality facility management services to help our clients manage their facilities,’ remarks Mr Chris Yeung, Associate Director of SEML.
