Sino Property Services joins with Betrue
to launch “Sino.Betrue Premium Home Entertainment & Connoisseur Service"


Striding into the era of high definition (HD), Sino Property Services (SPS) is collaborating with the well-known audio-video (AV) consultancy, Betrue Limited, to launch the “Sino ? Betrue Premium Home Entertainment & Connoisseur Service”, offering complimentary home AV setup and tuning services to Sino residents. Starting this month, the service will be firstly launched in 10 flagship SPS clubhouses, including Mount Beacon, One SilverSea, Hong Kong Gold Coast, Pacific Palisades, Bowen’s Lookout, Three Bays, The Royal Oaks, St. Andrews Place, Majestic Park and Villa Costa.

The “Sino?Betrue Premium Home Entertainment & Connoisseur Service” launch ceremony was officiated at One SilverSea today by Mr Sunny Yeung, Executive Director of Sino Group and Head of SPS, and Mr Kenneth Yun, founder of Betrue Limited.

The programme offers professional advice on building a tailor-made private media library and achieving quality systems integrated with the residents’ home decor. To further delight the residents, AV connoisseur, Mr Kenneth Yun, a renowned HiFi musical conductor, is invited to visit residents’ homes to develop the most effective setup that maximises the AV performance, and shares information about the latest home entertainment technology (e.g. Blue-ray and Dobly Digital HD). He'll also offer trouble-shooting solutions, maintenance methods, specialised fine-tuning services for tone arms and so forth.

Sunny Yeung said, “As the penetration rate of HD broadcasting in Hong Kong reaches 46.5%, nearly 1.06 million households have entered the HD entertainment era. As Sino clubhouses are devoted to creating lifestyles of superior taste, we are very pleased to collaborate with Mr Kenneth Yun in this brand new programme. Kenneth’s service will definitely take our residents' AV experience to new heights.”

Mr Kenneth Yun, who earned his credentials in the AV industry, demonstrated how a HD blue-ray player could be controlled by an iPhone. He said, “The AV trend has evolved from appreciation of music to all-round home entertainment. To give residents superb AV entertainment pleasure, we specially introduce the new digital technology landscape with iPods, iPhones and iPads via the “One Window, Infinite Views” concept.”

Kenneth Yun added,”Through the service, I will plan various AV proposals with residents to upgrade their AV system to superb digital home theatres.” He will also discuss AV appreciation and system upgrades in his “Premium Home Entertainment & Connoisseur Service” seminars, held in 12 SPS clubhouses.”
