Sino Property Services clinches Hong Kong Top Service Brand Award

Sino Property Services (SPS) has been named one of the Top Hong Kong Service Brands in the 2009 Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards. Organised by The Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, the awards recognise outstanding service brands established by Hong Kong companies. The initiative aims to encourage local enterprises to pursue excellence, promote Hong Kong services, and enhance the profile of Hong Kong industries both locally and internationally.

Recognising quality property management services

SPS has earned a reputation as a Hong Kong leader in property management services. The four pillars of the comprehensive SPS property services offering are Sino Estates Management Limited, Sino Security Limited, Sino Parking Services Limited and Best Result Cleaning Services Limited. Each serves customers' daily needs in estate management, security, parking, cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping and premium lifestyle services. The SPS team of 6,500 professionals is dedicated to providing superior property services in more than 190 residential estates, commercial buildings, clubhouses and shopping malls.
