Monitoring customer satisfaction in many ways
As part of our overall commitment to service excellence, we conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and carry out random service checks by supervisors and Mystery Shoppers. Also, we monitor feedback through an efficient case-by-case complaints handling system that was awarded ISO 10002 Accreditation.

iPromise – our unique internet-based property management system
With an eye on innovation, we invested in a unique internet-based proprietary property management system called “iPromise” – the first of its kind in Hong Kong that monitors key processes and functions such as procurement, inventory/asset management, maintenance, and customer enquiries/complaints being the most widely used. This versatile and integrated system allows instant tracking of different aspects of our business so that we can better pinpoint our customers’ needs and respond in a timely fashion.
